5 Songs That Describe My Mood... The "Head Over Heels" Edition

So... I know that my faithful... what? 5 readers... know all about my newest love interest... and it's been a good 5 months and it hasn't changed, which is probably a record for me... since dealing with That Nigga Dick, anyway...

I am... completely, totally, blindly, foolishly... head over fucking heels in love with this man... I mean, I don't quite know HOW it happened, but I do know that it happened... and I know that I feel it...

Now, I'm a firm believer that you honestly can only believe 85% of what a man tells you... maybe 80%... but all the time, he tells me how much he loves me and how happy he is that we've found each other again... and as much as some people around me would like to believe it's bullshit because of the circumstances, it really doesn't sound like bullshit... it doesn't feel like bullshit... you know how when a person tells you they love you, you can feel it? Like a tingle in your back or like butterflies in your stomach? Yeah, that's EXACTLY what I'm talking about... maybe it's just me, maybe it's not... but everyone I know has had SOMEBODY that they've felt all gooey about, and when that feeling is reciprocated, you just know... and I know...

1. Dangerously In Love- Beyonce-- I mean... I'm trying to tell you... I caught myself one day thinking about our future... I had a vision of us, a house, 3 kids (not including the 2 he already has)... it was surreal... that's when I knew, this was that real shit... and when I told him about it, he says to me "Yeah, Boo, I can see that too..."

2. Real Love-- Skyy-- I don't know how many of you remember this song... it was released in the early 90's... I remember dancing with LeDon in my Momma's living room when this song came on the radio... anybody from Northeast Ohio remembers "Pillow Talk" on 93.1 WZAK... my mother was at Bible Study, it was about 8:30 in the evening, and he and I were on some bullshit... even though he was 14 at the time, he was still about 4 or 5 inches taller than I was (we can change that to about 10 inches now, the top of my head reaches to his shoulder)... and he leaned in tentatively... and we shared our first kiss... during this song... July 17th, 1993...

3. Can't Let Go-- Anthony Hamilton-- Now, I know my boy could use a comb and a shave, but the nig has vocals... and this song reminds me of all the negativity around me... my moms on some "All he's gonna do when he gets out is the same old stuff. He's a drug dealer and that's what he's gonna do when he gets out if they let him out." Like he's some violent ass dude or something... I mean, don't get me wrong, he did deal drugs... that's why he's in prison right now... but so what? He didn't give anybody anything that they didn't ask for... and if it wasn't him, it would've been somebody else out here trafficking in narcotics... most of the people in the facility he's in are in on dope cases... so it ain't just him... and I don't care what nobody says... every person on this planet has made a decision they wish they hadn't that put them in a position they wish they wouldn't have been in... he's no different... and as for my momma on some "He won't change" shit... everybody deserves the chance to turn they're life around... I'm sure he doesn't EVER want to go back to prison... I know the things he's done are wrong, I'm not trying to justify it in any way, shape, or form... but I look past all that and see a beautiful young man who simply went down the wrong path... and he's trying to make it right... which brings me to my next song...

4. How It's Gonna Be-- LuvHer-- I like this song because it reminds me of the same things that the previous song does... I mean, listen to the lyrics...
